About that “not posting for five days” thing…

I actually have a pretty good excuse: the woman in question, in this post? The woman with her arms filled with books about how to have a cheap, yet dazzling, wedding? The woman who the librarian told that she should elope?

That’s me.

Eek.

The boyf and I have decided to get married and we’ve been telling family and friends the past few days. So you could say I’ve been a little preoccupied… =)

Aw, thanks! Yinz are too sweet.

And yeah, Amy, I’m kind of freaked out at the whole “everyone’s getting married” thing too… even though that group now includes me. Weird.

Did you get a ring? If so, is that ok? And also, did it snap in half like the glasses?

I don’t think everyone’s getting married. Girls anxious to receive and accept proposals are somehow either drawn to one another, or more clearly tuned in to others’ happy news.

Congratulations to you! Many blessings, etc.

Thanks! Nope, no ring. Not my thing. And now maybe I’ll sing. Or perhaps have a fling. With the one I’m marrying.
